How do I change the Dollar ($) symbol to another currency symbol e.g. £
a) Enter you admin area
b) Click on the small blue triangle (left frame of screen) next to the word 'Stores'
c) Click on your store name;
d) Click on 'Settings' option (right of screen);
e) Click down arrow next to 'Currency Formatting';
f) Select 'Generic Currency Formatting';
(Click Update if the screen does not refresh automatically)
g) Click on the Generic Currency Formatting option that will appear in the top list of options;
h) i) Select the required currency symbol or ii) Click other and type in your symbol

How do I remove products from my store?
This is one method to remove products, there are more efficient methods. Please refer to the user manual for instructions.
1) Log into your store building area at http://www.apoogee.com;
2) Click on small blue triangle (left frame of screen) next to 'Stores';
3) Click on small blue triangle next to your Store name;
4) Click on small blue triangle next to 'Products';
5) Enter the name of the product you wish to delete in the 'Search' entry box (in the right frame of the screen), click on the binoculars next to the input box;
6) Your product should then be displayed on screen. On the left next to your product is a checkbox (in a column with 'Remove' displayed at the top of the
column);
7) Check the checkbox next to the product you wish to remove and click 'Update';
Your product will now be removed from your store.

How do remove categories from my store?
1) Log into your store building area at http://www.apoogee.com;
2) Click on small blue triangle (left frame of screen) next to 'Stores';
3) Click on small blue triangle next to your Store name;
4) Click on small blue triangle next to 'Categories';
5) Click on the category you wish to remove;
6) The category information will be displayed on the right of the screen,
7) To remove, click on 'Delete' (on the right of the screen)
That category will be removed.

You do not require any TECHNICAL or PROGRAMMING skill.
You must be capable of connecting to the Internet and
visiting www.apoogee.com. All stores are built by filling
in simple forms.

What happens if I get stuck whilst building my on-line
store?
There is a wealth of Help and Support. We offer a quick
start page which will give you the essential to start
building your store. You will also have the facility to
view and print the full user manual, specific to your
store. If that is not enough you can join the usergroup
and receive expert email help from Miva direct.

How do I get pictures of my products on my on-line store?
If you can prepare product pictures i.e. scan or from
a digital camera, you can easily send pictures to your
store. If you have no way of preparing them, you can post
us photographs of your products and for a small charge
we will add them to your store for you.

How do I categorise my products?
This facility is only available for Merchant accounts.
You must create Categories within the Store Building area.
You enter the Store Building area, click on Stores, select
your store and click 'Add Category'.

How do I link the picture of my product with
the description of it?
We can offer this as an upgrade. It involves a little
re-coding, you can do it manually (if you're confident)
or let us do it.

How do I keep track of the products on my on-line store?
You will automatically be emailed once you receive an
order. You will then be required to log into your Store
Building area and click on Order Processing and then 'Un-batched
Orders'. A list of your orders will then be displayed.

You determine the prices of your products, you can change
